What will our cooperation look like?

STEP 1

APPOINTMENT WITH THE REAL PROPERTY AGENT

​​I start cooperation with each of my clients with a longer conversation. ​We typically have the initial conversation at the property to be rented in Berlin.

If you live away from the property to be sold, all the formalities may be arranged over the phone and by mail.

During the meeting, we will mainly focus on your expectations.

I will analyze the documents necessary to close the sale. I will prepare the materials required to appraise the property and draft an offer. I’ll take photos at the location with a professional camera and measure the floor area to draw the floor plan for the apartment. Then I will collect all the technical information necessary to post the ad, such as the floor area, pertinent premises, fees, etc. Of course we’ll discuss the price offered for the rental property – which for me is the point of departure for drafting your marketing strategy. Every initial meeting concerning a piece of real estate to be included into my portfolio ends with concluding an real estate agency contract, which is a basis of my future actions.

STEP 2

OFFER PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION

Having conducted a quality appraisal, I’ll present to you a realistic strategy of property rental in Berlin. Then I will draft a comprehensive real estate offer. It will be based on descriptions drafted in Polish and German, as well as photos and a real estate plan. It is important to present the offer in an interesting and beneficial way. The complete offer will be published on the most popular German ad portals and sent to the list of the potentially interested parties.

STEP 3

REAL ESTATE PRESENTATION

As a real estate agent in Berlin, I’m available for appointments throughout the day, from early morning until late evening and also at the weekends. You do not have to participate. STEP 5
