The apartment is located at the rear of the building and measures 60m2. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance via stairs. Through the corridor, we can enter on the right side to a spacious bedroom with two windows. There are two large wardrobes in the hall. Down the stairs from the hall we come to the living room connected with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bathroom has cream-colored tiles and a bathtub with shower. There is a parquet floor throughout the apartment.

In 2013, the apartment was renovated. The walls and ceiling were plastered and painted. The windows were also painted then. The parquet has been sanded and milled, the skirting boards have been replaced. The door was replaced. The sewage pipes as well as the pipes for the radiator and the battery were rebuilt. In the bathroom, a cabin, paddling pool and toilet have been replaced. The walls and ceiling in the basement were also refreshed. In 2018, the entrance stairs to the apartment were also renovated. The window in the kitchen and bathroom is equipped with a roller blind.

The apartment is located in one of the best districts of Berlin - Charlottenburg. Right next to Theodora Heuss Square (called Theo by the locals). It is named after the first German federal president.

It is named after the first German federal president. The U2 Theodor-Heuss-Platz underground station is located under the square. A lot of public transport buses also depart from the square. The square has many restaurants and eateries, as well as a supermarket. Within a 6-minute walk you can reach the halls where the famous Berlin Trade Fair (Messe Berlin) takes place every year. The building is located on a very quiet Lindenalle street. On both sides of the street there are lindens which gave the street its name. There are kindergartens in the area as well as several schools, including Reinhold-Otto-Grundschule. There are many foreign embassies and consulates nearby.

 

Theodor-Heuss-Platz is directly connected to the Brandenburg Gate and the Unter den Linden street. Via Kaiserdamm, Bismarckstraße and Straße des 17. Juni, Theodor-Heuss-Platz is directly connected to Ernst-Reuter-Platz, Victory Column, Brandenburg Gate and Unter den Linden.

Westend is part of Berlin, located in the western district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. According to the original plans, it was supposed to be a colony of villas, some of which have survived to our times. The nature of the buildings in Berlin's Westend district is not homogeneous and apart from beautiful villas, we can see townhouses or just apartment blocks. The district was named after part of the prominent London borough - Westend. The central and commercial part of Westend is Reichsstraße, which is located between Theodor-Heuss-Platz and Steubenplatz.

 

In 1866, the "Westend villa colony" was built in what is now Berlin's Charlottenburg district, near the Theodor-Heuss square. This model was an English idea to divide estates into different residential areas, and so the colony was given the name of London's distinguished "Westend" district. A special feature of the villa colony is the naming of the streets depending on the species of trees that were planted there. For example, Kasztanowa Aleja, Dębowa Aleja and Lipowa Aleja.
